Born and raised in the UK, Liz has established herself as a well respected, enthusiastic and caring Internationally certified Yoga & Pilates Teacher and Health & Wellness coach. She has recently added Colonic Hydrotherapy to her portfolio allowing her to provide a 360° approach, advocating the importance of looking after mental, emotional and physical health from the inside out!
She loves how teaching allows her the opportunity to create community, instil a sense of accountability and motivation while empowering and encouraging others, and forever be a student herself. Liz takes an “all in” approach to teaching; she’s known for her high energy, enthusiasm, whilst bringing out every body’s individuals needs in a considerate way.
Liz spent many years in the corporate world, before discovering the power of Bikram Yoga. The practise allowed her to connect with her true self and harness the power of her inner pilot light.
This experience gave Liz the inspiration to develop her understanding of the Yoga and further expand her knowledge in the ever changing world of health and wellness. This has given her a rich knowledge and experience which she is passionate to pass on to others.
Her mission is to give people the pathway to achieve their physical and mental potential to reach a healthy and happy sustainable life.
EB Yoga & Health was born because Liz is passionate about this way of life – she truly believes that we can turn the tide of chronic illness in the Western world by empowering people to embrace the power of changed habits.

I will help you achieve your goals, pushing you through your limits, with motivation, inspiration and energy. HIIT Pilates is a great cardio workout that is kind on your joints, tones your muscles

Yoga Nidra - Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, a guided meditation designed to induce total physical and emotional relaxation.
