Both classes are suitable for complete beginners and experienced yogis alike; each posture/exercise has an entry level to it and then increased depth is found over time with regular practice.
Absolutely not! In fact, it can be better as a beginner if you are NOT flexible. It’s not about how deep into a posture you can go, it is simply about doing what your body will allow you to do, working to that edge and doing it the right way. Better to do 10% of a posture 100% correctly than to try to do 100% of a posture only 10% correctly!
Not immediately before and certainly nothing heavy for at least 2 hours beforehand. If you’re practising in the morning, a handful of nuts, smoothie, banana or something similar an hour or so before should be enough but not too much.
Avoid loose clothing; women normally wear sports/yoga tops and fitted shorts or leggings; men usually wear shorts with or without a T shirt or sports top.

A health coach will spend time to help someone figure out what their personal health and wellness issues are, how they intersect and affect them holistically and help them develop strategies to overcome them.

Our aim is to make The Conditions as brief and as simple as possible. They are intended for the benefit and protection of us and our students. Nothing in these Conditions affects your Statutory Rights.
Health Commitment Statement
The key to achieving your goals is commitment and taking personal responsibility. All physical exercise carries risk. We are committed to working with you to achieve a safe environment to help you achieve your goals but we are not medical professionals and you know your own body much better than we do. By signing up with us you commit to the statements below on a continuing basis.
• You should not exercise beyond your own abilities. If you know, or are/become concerned that you have a medical condition which might interfere with you exercising safely you should get advice from a relevant medical professional and follow that advice.
• You should not carry out any activities which you have been told are not suitable for you.
• You understand that it is your continuing responsibility to inform us of any previous, current or ongoing medical condition, injuries or surgeries prior to class, in writing.
• You should let us know immediately if you feel unwell before or whilst participating in a session.
• You will follow any reasonable instructions we give.
• You understand that some classes will be conducted in a heated room - up to approximately 40°C and that such a physical activity and exertion by you may be difficult and strenuous and may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition.
• You assume full responsibility for any risks, conditions, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur or aggravate as a result of your participation.
• In future consideration of being permitted to participate, you knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive and claim you may have or acquire against EB Yoga & Health, for any injury, condition or damages that you may sustain as a result of entering or being on the premises or participating at EB Yoga & Health.
How we accept payment?
You will have the option to pay for individual classes and membership plans via bank transfer.
Bookings, Attendance, Refunds and Cancellations
Please do not cancel via messenger/ facebook/Instagram as these platforms aren't monitored 24/7 and these messages may not be received in time.
